Forbidden-Merch Refund and Replacement Policy

At Forbidden-Merch, we create unique merchandise that is reliant on print-on-demand. Due to the custom nature of this process, each item is made specifically for you upon order placement. This means we cannot offer refunds for reasons other than damaged or incorrect items, as we are unable to restock or resell printed goods. We urge you to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.

Replacements (Only for Damaged, Incorrect Items, or Shipping Issues):

We offer replacements under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged/Defective Products: If your order arrives with manufacturing defects such as tears, holes, misprints, or other damage incurred during production, we will gladly replace it with an identical item.
  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered (e.g., wrong design, size, product type), we will replace it with the correct item.
  • Shipping Delays or Issues Caused by the Carrier: If your order experiences significant delays or is lost/damaged in transit due to the carrier's error, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement. This does not cover delays due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Conditions for Replacement Eligibility:

To be eligible for a replacement, you must adhere to the following:

Non-Replacement Circumstances (No Exceptions - Except Shipping Issues):

We do not offer replacements or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect Size, Color, or Design Ordered by Customer: If you mistakenly select the wrong size, color, or design during the ordering process, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. We strongly advise double-checking your selections before completing your purchase.
  • Change of Mind/Order Cancellation: Due to the immediate processing of print-on-demand orders, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds for changes of mind after an order has been placed. Once an order is submitted, the printing process begins promptly.
  • Incorrect Shipping Address Provided by Customer: If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address during checkout, we are not liable for undelivered or misdirected items and cannot offer replacements or refunds. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping information.
